Welcome to Chicago's Midway International Airport! To expedite your transportation with us from the airport, please follow these instructions:


    Proceed to the baggage claim level. If you checked any luggage, claim it.


    With your luggage in-hand, please do one of the following:

    • With your smartphone, click the link in the text we sent you to let us know you're ready.
    • OR, call 800.244.9000 and press option 2 to speak with our Midway dispatcher.

    Use the exit information given to you either on your smartphone or by our dispatcher to make your way to the designated pickup location.

    The dispatcher will tell you what door to use to exit the terminal. To help you find your vehicle, you will be given a description of it along with its license plate number. Please understand that Midway regulations require livery vehicles to remain in a holding lot until we have heard from the passenger, so it may take anywhere from 12-15 minutes for the car to reach you. However, if you are taking a shared ride, the vehicle may already be in the terminal picking up other passengers, so pickup would be immediate. For this reason, it is important that you are absolutely ready to leave the airport when you call us.

Yes, we provide a service called baggage meets. Airport regulations restrict our greeters from going to the gates, so our greeters meet passengers in the baggage claim area of your flight.  Our greeters carry Flag Transportation Service tablets with the passengers’ last names. This service has an additional fee, requires a private car, and a reservation must be made by calling our office. The baggage meet option is not available if you make your reservation on our website.

Absolutely! Our chauffeurs will be happy to help guests with their luggage.

We accept business and individual checks as long as they are drawn on a bank within the state of Illinois.

We are able to monitor all flights arriving at O’Hare and Midway airports, providing we have your correct flight information. As your estimated arrival approaches, our system will automatically update your reservation with any changes in arrival time. Therefore, there is no need to call and inform us of delays—we will already have this information. The only time we ask that you call is if you are bumped to a different flight or you missed your flight.

We do not have child seats, but all vehicles are equipped with the proper seat belts if you choose to bring your own child seat.
